Job Interview with Hot Tranny

I've been looking for a suitable janitor for some work in "my company" for a while now. I actually thought it would be easy, but I was wrong. The last job interview went a little differently than expected!!! When the gentleman came in and introduced himself, I noticed that he hadn't filled out the questionnaire properly. Well, okay, no big deal, I thought, then he'll just have to "present" the outstanding answers to me live. What do you think I've done to him?
